Like the Prodigal Son returning home (Luke 15:11–32 NKJV), Reflective Routes shares testimony of grace through the student‑teacher relationship, creating a welcoming space for the weary who long for relief and restoration.
Many know what it feels like to linger at the edge of our own choices—unsure whether to stay or go...
In wandering, Reflective Routes recognizes the need for return and for deep consideration toward repentance. The quest explored here is discovering the restoration that True Grace through the Holy Spirit brings.
Ken's public work through YouTube and Bible 4 Family.com is lighting the path for Reflective Routes. As True Grace works with Ken, the student-teacher relationship continues to pay it forward to those who feel called.
Here, seekers are encouraged to lean into a deeper understanding of Christ—respectfully challenging assumptions and examining what we think we know about Jesus.

And because every journey is shaped by those who walk ahead of us, we’d like to introduce the teacher whose testimony helps light our path.
Meet The Host
A Seattle native, Ken began his ministry journey at 16. He created Bible 4 Family.com as a new way to reach the world through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He and wife, Sarah serve together with their three children.
Ken holds a B.S., M. A. R, M.Div, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Bible Exposition—
"...The most precious part of True Grace Church—is the Holy Spirit of God guiding and teaching us through His word."
~Ken Matey Bible 4 Family.com
There's a deeper story behind the credibility attached to Ken—one that begins at the local pool...
From the swimmer's point of view, Reflective Routes shares the other side of the story—when one enters the pool, the story that unfolds beneath the surface where trust, fear, ego, and grace all meet.
Normally swimmers begin in clean-clear water, building confidence in their strokes, understanding alignment as a whole—but water has a way of revealing what we'd rather not see...
Drift happens. Pride slips. Old and unwanted habits rise—and before we realize it, the clarity we started with has become a late breath...a mouth full of water-n-air to sort before choking.
How does one go from swimming in clean-clear water to wallowing with the pigs?
Our world has changed—is still changing—fast and globally. It will never be the same again...
Offering seekers testimony of grace throughout Reflective Routes is witnessing the truth and work of the Godhead in our lives as we consider choosing routines leading into grace-oriented relationships.
Reflective Routes is focused on creating a site that helps us navigate those changes choosing self-discipline over self-sabotage.
And if you're ready to step out of self-sabotage, here you'll discover a lifestyle marked by greater clarity and less chaos.
Along with a teacher focused on righteousness, every step toward clarity is strengthened by the personal relationship each of us choose to develop with Jesus, ourselves, and each other.
All change—big or small—is worth the effort toward personal growth.
If we want change, it begins individually.
Self-exercised tough love becomes possible when we're willing to admit our self-lies...
